Covid-19 Lockdown has put much pressure on businesses in South Africa. Market research has identified a need for water storage solutions in South Africa. Plastic product manufacturing is an industry with lots of potential in the future of South Africa.

With this research, the need to get into the plastic market became apparent. We started by designing rotational moulding moulds in 2017. We designed our first automated rotational moulding machine, the RM2, in 2019 and took giant leaps in upgrading the machine in 2021 with consistency, monitoring and speed control. We improved our RM2 in durability for long-lasting manufacturing.

The RM2 automation software and our accessories have made it possible to manufacture up to 20 average-size tanks in a 9-hour shift. The next part of our vision was to start franchising. This would help to get our tanks and products out into the country and create financial opportunities for others cutting out the biggest obstacle in our country, travelling costs.
